Niji Cafe

Place was clean and comfy for outdoor. They have stray cats and indoor cats. A mini outdoor playground for kids to play (50baht entry for the playground). The indoor for cats is pretty small though. Otherwise it’s okay. Beware of mosquitos.

Secretly nestled in a small suburban area accessible thru an alley. Woth to come visit if you love cats and wanna have some awesome tasting cafe and food. Service was good too and smiles were on the staff’s faces all the time. A large number of cats can be found chilling around e park and kittens were resting in the air-conditioned room where you can pat them as well. Food n beverages were all below 100baht and they were delicious! I had the hot favourite iced niji cocoa and it was decadent!. Highly recommended if you are near otw to or from the airport! :)

This cafe is perfect for families it has a spacious open area that makes you feel super relaxed, and the vibe is just so cozy and welcoming. There are friendly cats roaming around too, which makes the whole experience even more adorable

I have been to few cat cafe here in Chiang Mai and by far this is THE BEST ONE! I am not sure if there is a cost I just bought some drinks which were good and hang around. There is a small house in which they have few cats and you can play with them there but also outside there are some cats freely roaming the property and if you lucky like I was on my first visit one came to me while I was just outside enjoying my drink and wanted to be given all sorts of attention.. Later more them came and all outside got them to chase a string etc. Also have some playground for kids and chickens running around, super place to visit for some time with cats and even sit outside relax have a drink or a snack and enjoy your time.

Japanese style cafe with excellent vibes! It is not situated in old city but worthwhile to come here! Cafe categorised into indoor area and outdoor area! For indoor area, air-conditioner is provided which makes you feel more comfortable! And for outdoor area, you can feel and try to get closer to the nature however they are soooooooooo many mosquitosssssss. If you attract mosquitos very easily like me, trust me, just stay inside the cafe instead of sitting outside otherwise you must regret about it! Niji cafe provides wide range of food options, and i am so surprised that a japanese curry with fried chicken on top with rice only 69baht. It's really a very good deal! Apart from main dishes, they also offering kinds of drinks and dessert! I go there alone as a result main menu plus a mixed berry smoothie make me so full already! It is a pity that i cannot try a dessert here! I have ordered the Japanese curry fried chicken rice, the fried chicken is crispy and the curry taste like so similar to Japan too, it is not spicy but sweet curry for the mixed berry smoothie, i think they added too much sugar inside, it taste too sweet for me it could be improved!! And cafe shop itself well decorated, you can spend your whole afternoon there, chill and taking photos!!! I highly recommend for whom would love to experience local life like me to come to visit Niji cafe! They provide high quality meal with a very very reasonable price comparing with old city! Yes, the situation is quite far away from city center but you will feel how i feel here! So calm so peaceful , can definitely enjoy my ''me time'' here with great dishes!

Drinks were great. The staff were friendly and price reasonable. If you are a cat person then this is the right place for you. There were cats to play with. The only downside is there are lots of mosquitoes so do bring along mosquito repellent.

The atmosphere here is great, staff is attentive and helpful. Not so sure if they have indoor area or not, only the order area with air con and few seats in. The rest is outdoor, found few cats there, the white one, very cute! I ordered few drinks and taste is ok. Many parking lot is available but be careful when leaving, checking first if any cat is laying down under your car

A hidden Japanese style cafe. The cafe is a very peaceful place to relax, there are lots of photo opportunities here! Like a fairytale garden and there’s also a sunflower bed too. Tasty drinks. Lots of food and snacks I haven’t tried yet but looks cute and tasty. There is a children area and lots of different seating options. We got talking to the young girl who runs the cafe with her family, she was very kind and lovely :) There are 6 cats that freely roam around the area. If you like nature and cats this is a great place to visit. It is a bit far but it is definitely worth the visit. We walked by foot so you could get lost following google map (so I recommend following the road map). There is also a cute calendar you can buy too!! Thank you for the wonderful experience
